On 26th March, Marie hosted a community discussion with local residents to hear their early thoughts on how Pride in St Helens can be shaped over the next decade.
The session brought together voices from across the borough, giving people the opportunity to share ideas, priorities and ambitions for the future of the town. Marie emphasised the importance of keeping residents informed and involved at every stage, making clear that this will be a community-led process.
Over the coming days and weeks, further opportunities will be made available for people to have their say, ensuring that as many voices as possible help shape the vision going forward.
Marie highlighted that this work is about coming together as a community and rebuilding a shared sense of pride in St Helens.
She also extended her thanks to St Helens Parish Church for once again being such welcoming and supportive hosts.
