On 3rd March, Marie joined colleagues from across Parliament in writing to the Foreign Secretary about the escalating situation in the West Bank.
They raised serious concerns about the expansion of illegal settlements, land confiscation, and the increasing displacement of Palestinian communities.
Marie stated: “I urge the Government to move beyond statements of condemnation and consider specific measures to uphold international law and protect the prospects of a viable Palestinian state.”
