The Glass Futures handover in St Helens took place in March.
Construction of the £54 million Glass Futures building is complete.
It has been handed over to Glass Futures ready for the internal fit out works to commence next month.
The building is expected to be operational later this year.
It was a fantastic occassion that welcomes the near completion of the £54 million project.
Marie said: “Glass is at the heart of St Helens. I’m proud to have worked in glass at Pilks for so many years. It is part of who we are.
“The new centre of research and excellence will help to keep St Helens right at the centre of the global glass industry. It is a great thing for our town.”
